This is our only ground floor room with a floor area of approx 118 Sq Ft. The room has a warm feel with its odd hexagonal window. No view and restricted light as it is overlooking next door property.

This room has twin beds with duvets and anti allergen pillows,  a wardrobe, a dressing table and bedside chest.The radiator is positioned under the window
with an adjustable thermostatic valve.

The room has a low level flat screen TV with Freeview and a hair dryer, Tea/Coffee and Hot Chocolate making facilities are provided in the room.

The en-suite has a WC hand basin and a shower cubicle and a heated towel rail and a hexagonal window. Towels and complementary toiletries are provided.

This room is useful for people who find a stairway difficult to climb.
